So when you walk into a hotel or restaurant you can normally guess whether they have been recently refurbished or they’ve not touched their decor since the 1930’s.
However don’t be stuck in a “time warp” by adding fragments or small touches of modernisation to your business’s like;
Old worn down systems and computers yet offer free wifi.
Dated reception area but yet offer modern, chique and contemporary toilets.
Changing half of a room say the bar but then leave the other half say the restaurant.
All in all be mindful not to confuse your customers or loose out on customers either way due to the mixed message on your offering, decor or facilities.
