It won’t be often that the phrase Health & Safety is ever mentioned here… so let’s talk about Restaurant Theatre.

Old school days would bring cooking to your table as an ala carte option, such as Steak Diane & Tartare or the dreamy flambéed dessert of Crêpe Suzette, today’s emphasis on the dreaded health and safety means a lot of this art has died a death.

Do not let this deter you, open kitchens, new ways of entertaining and safer cooking options, with out the eye brow singeing flames, can still offer your guests the feeling of theatre at the table or in your restaurant.

Training staff, empowering those who are trained and allowing guests to feel WOW’d when they eat with your – or see those eating via social media too – will increase your footfall, wow factor and in turn revenue.
