Its said in order to have a successful business you need to have 7 streams of revenue, as illustrated in this hotel revenue stream, in order to make more money, you have to offer 7 things or more;

1. Bedrooms – obviously right
2. Food & Drink – people need food, drink and to be entertained
3. Groups – Banquets, Events and groups of people
4. Golf – Have golf will travel
5. Staff – return on investment from your staff up-selling
6. Gym – keeping those in your hotel fit and thirsty
7. Presentations – similar to events but focused on day use and entry fee conferences
8. WiFi – yes I added number 8, because keeping your guests connected solo or groups can and will drive 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 too.
   This can include Social Media too… right
