Do we still teach/train staff to treat all customers the same ?
Well in today’s day and age, I have news for you – One size does not fit all.
Whether this is your staff directly selling or offering your services, or the product and price point you are offering, sorry but as of today, common knowledge should be that not one size fits all.
Everyone, despite wealth, class, race or creed is looking for something unique to them and the needs of either the circumstance, wallet or convenience.
We are well past blanket offers, set prices and being small minded – bespoke packages, special offers and negotiating have to be the new standard.
