I feel like a broken record but when it comes dessert there is not much worse than ordering a cheesecake or scones (for example) and instantly knowing is mass produced or shop bought.

You don’t need a Pastry Chef, just some one with some skill that can produce a scone or a cheesecake that your customers and guests will be happy to eat because you made an effort to make it for them, smaller products last 4 to 5 days and making smaller batches means you can sell them normally and if you need to offer them off on there sell by date.
