Think about it… Healthy Food does not have to be boring, offering alternative low cal options is easier that you might think. For conference breaks instead of butter biscuits why not offer a blueberry muffin or a selection of cereal bars ranging from 150 to 300 calories per servings rather than up to 400 in 2 small biscuits.

We do not have to use convenience as an excuse when there are low calorie options so freely available
