Most Menus at the moment are all about; big main courses, healthy mains, small sharing platters, special starters, making a meal bigger or smaller, all of which is frankly boring…

Don’t forget dessert, it can be a decadent, heart warming, memory making, love inducing thing that conquers all… and with the right dessert and the right dessert or pastry chef, you could become a number one spot just for your desserts, but people will still probably come and eat 2 or even 3 courses.

They don’t all have to be unhealthy just well present and oozing with some goodness… Gelato, ice cream made with milk or 0% fat cream in a can, might make a difference #justsaying
